Delete your Oil Signals account

Oil Signals is operated by Hilvia Limited. You can request deletion without reinstalling or signing in to the app.

How to request deletion

1. Use the Delete account option in the app's Profile screen, or select the email button below.
2. Send the request from your account email address when possible. Include “Oil Signals”, your account email, and your user ID if you know it.
3. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account.
4. We will confirm the result and aim to complete a verified request within 30 days.

If the button does not open your email app, send the request directly to info@oiltrading.io.

Data that will be deleted

• Your Oil Signals account and authentication profile, including the account email and internal user ID.
• Notification preferences and device or push-notification identifiers associated with the account.
• App data linked to the account that we control.
• Subscription and entitlement records held by us or our service providers where deletion is permitted.

Data that may be retained

We may retain the minimum transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal records required for those purposes for up to seven years. Retained records are restricted to those purposes. Apple and Google may separately retain store purchase records under their own policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store account used to purchase it to prevent future renewal.
